-Regulate Nebraska Installment Sales and Installment Loans companies, including serving as lead counsel or hearing officer for over 50 administrative hearings. -Implemented a framework for digital assets in the State of Nebraska under the Nebraska Financial Innovation Act with the digital assets team by drafting rules and guidance for digital asset depositories. -Investigated securities exemption filings including Regulation D filings and state-specific exemptions.-Coordinated with Department Staff, industry leaders, and state Senators to implement legislative proposals.

-General practice attorney in rural Nebraska. -Primarily practiced in the areas of estate planning, real estate, and LLC/corporate/business formation and maintenance as well as criminal defense. -Drafted over 100 comprehensive estate plans for asset sizes ranging from less than $100,000 to over $10 million. -Negotiated, drafted, and reviewed contracts for multimillion dollar real estate sales, farm business asset divisions, and renewable energy projects, including wind and solar leases. -Assistant general counsel for three communities which included drafting and enforcing city ordinances as well as coordinating with council members and zoning authorities for special projects.
