Currently, I work at the largest retail music store in Canada, Cosmo Music. As part of my role, I have developed strong customer service and facilitation skills through managing customer orders, keeping track of stock and inventory, as well as caring for the instruments and equipment we have displayed in the store. As a sales person, a big part of my role involves helping customers answer any questions they may have regarding music and audio equipment. Prior to my current position, I have held administrative roles at the Royal Bank of Canada as an Operations Agent. My position here involved interacting with clients as well as filing and archiving client information while consistently meeting a daily case quota. I was also trained in fulfilling both inbound and outbound service calls during my time there, which further helped to develop my skills in communication and customer service. Before that, I was employed at Bayer Inc. as a Sales Force Development Assistant, where I was required to complete quarterly budget updates along with numerous workshops aimed at improving my own facilitation skills. These two roles have taught me a lot in regards to personal management and scheduling, as well as managing multiple projects at once.
