Operations and business leadership role within the molybdenum business segment. Responsible for the Langeloth Metallurgical facility and supporting commercial related activities. In October 2016, Thompson Creek Metals and Langeloth became a subsidiary of Centerra Gold.The Langeloth facility, located 25 miles west of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is one of the largest toll conversion plants in the world with a long history of producing high-quality products that are sold to the metallurgical, chemical and specialty markets. Langeloth operates as a toll processor, secondary to purchasing molybdenum concentrates from third parties.The facility has roasting capacity of 36 million pounds of roasted molybdenum and more than 9 million pounds of molybdenum oxide as ferromolybdenum.

Responsible for leading and managing the Endako mine. Endako is a primary, surface molybdenum mine located near Fraser Lake, 100 miles northwest of Prince George, British Columbia. 375 employees worked at the Mine. The mine is operated as a joint venture with Thompson Creek holding a 75% interest and Sojitz Corporation, a Japanese company, holding a 25% interest.The Endako Mine is a fully integrated facility that began operations in 1965. It includes a concentrator that processes ore through crushing, grinding, and flotation circuits into molybdenum disulfide concentrate, and a multiple-hearth roasting facility that converts the concentrate into technical grade molybdenum oxide.The Endako Mine consists of three pits; the Endako, Denak West and Denako East. Plans call for the creation of a single super pit by mining the walls between the three existing pits.In March 2012, the Company completed the mill expansion project at its Endako mine. The Endako mill expansion project included the construction of a new mill designed to meet ore-processing capacity of 55,000 tons per day. In 2015 the mine was placed on care and maintenance due to the decline in the commodity price.

Head of Human Resources for Placer Dome's 5 mines within Australia and Papua New Guinea. In April 2006, Placer Dome was acquired by Barrick Gold.

Downstream mineral sands process operation producing 50,000mt of Titanium Dioxide pigment and other titanium products/chemicals. Responsible for production operation activities, plant/facilities and approximately 100 personnel. The operation contributed approx $110m in TiO2 sales revenue.
