I am a recent graduate of Auburn University's College of Liberal Arts In December 2014. I am a motivated, hardworking, and outgoing individual currently located in Birmingham, Alabama. I will be pursuing a Master's in Secondary Education in Social Studies through UAB's Alternative Master's Program (AMP). I just recently passed the Praxis II in Social Studies Content Knowledge (5081). I hope to teach Psychology, Government, or U.S. History. While working my current part time job, I plan on completing the University of Alabama at Birmingham's Alternative Master's Program midway through 2017. At that point I'll be able to fulfill my dream of teaching and be able to finally live my passion. With eight years of swim coaching experience and and nine years as a private swim lesson instructor, I have plenty of experience interacting with both kids and parents. I'm proficient in resolving conflict between children and maintaining on honest dialogue with parents. With my past coaching experience, I would also love to be involved with athletics at the school that employs me.
