CurrentOperations Control Tower Led the technical team responsible for the development and deployment of Nestlé Anglo Dutch Caribbean's first ever Operations Control Tower, leveraging Power BI, Power Automate, Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, and Databricks to digitize supply chain operations. Control Tower Components:• Ocean Freight Management: Analytics system to consolidate all cargo and shipment information. Allows users to track vessel locations, cargo status, port activities, demurrage incurrence and performance of carriers.• Product Ageing & Quality Control: Product quality control system to identify risks related to pre-salvage, salvage and expirations, and allows users to analyse and respond to the financial impact of damaged or unsellable products• Internal Inventory Management: Comprehensive internal inventory management system providing full visibility of current stock and in transit stock quantities, stock cover calculations of inventory, the identification of any risks of understock or overstocks and durations for expected out of stock of eventualities.• Alert Task Management System: Alerts platform to visualize risks and incidents triggered by the above systems across all supply chain processes, ensuring swift resolution and enhancing overall operational efficiency.Led change management data strategy to drive the adoption and integration of analytics tools in the organization.Developed PowerApps based central repository for dashboards across the organization.Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement custom dashboards and Business Intelligence solutions for various business areasPresent to executive leadership on key projects, initiatives or strategies
