My life in the property industry began back in 1969 with an architectural firm in Sydney.By 1972, I was boss of my own architectural business, and by 1976, I had my first Builders Licence, the exam for which was run by the local Police!Through the ‘80s I became virtually the sole external Architect for Lend Lease Homes in Sydney, at West Ryde, then Epping. Then when Lend Lease couldn’t BUILD apartments for the price Hooker Corporation were SELLING … the writing was on the wall.Lend Lease closed its doors, and I began re-designing THE SAME PROPERTIES for Hooker Corp so they could MAKE A PROFIT. Not a bad Concept, I thought.Before and since those turbulent years, I have worked with many couples, helping create their ideal living environment.
