As the Senior advisor to the executive leadership team, I led the drawdown of the U.S. Embassy in extremes conditions that included evacuating over 4,000 Embassy personnel. Continuing in extremes conditions, I lead and managed security operations in a forward operating location to evacuate over 40,000 American citizens and at-risk Afghan citizens.

U.S. Embassy Nairobi, Kenya Senior Regional Security Officer (2019 to 2021) Principal advisor to the executive leadership team regarding all law enforcement and security issues that impact U.S. interests in Kenya. Provide strategic vision, leading a staff of over 1,000 and administering an $11M budget in the 11th largest U.S. Mission in the world. - Protect over 2,000 chief of mission employees and family members in a high terrorism threat and critical crime environment. Lead security and law enforcement support to 31 sections and agencies located in 17 facilities countrywide.
