• Maintain and facilitate new and current customer relations through telephone and in-person visitations• Manage schedules for two audiologists, maximizing use of clinic’s hours of operation• Audit invoices for billable discrepancies, responsible for all accounts receivable/payable • Complete weekly, monthly and yearly financial and discrepancy reports • Track, supervise and resolve all customer complaints/advocacy concerns• Track and maintain office inventory• Perform light maintenance on hearing aids, train clients on use and care of such products, maintaining contact with clients during their 90 day transition period and address all concerns/complaints• Schedule and send all warranty reminders, yearly performance checks • Liaise with government agencies including WSIB, DVA (Federal Blue Cross), OHIP, ODSP, ADP Program to ensure standards and policies are met/followed
