-Build and lead the monthly review of the Lease Operating Statement with management. -General and administrative experience – Maintain monthly G&A accruals, fixed asset depreciation, prepaid calculations and reclasses. -Perform JIB functions, such as booking producing and drilling/completion overhead, allocation group maintenance, material transfers, field payroll, AFE cash calls, AR cleanup, JIB deck maintenance, non-operated JIB, etc. -Annual ad valorem taxes experience. -Coordinate with field personnel monthly to reconcile water and inventory accounts. -Maintain list of well names and well IDs in accounting software. -Acquisition/Divestment Team: Acquisition/divestment due diligence for the accounting group and post close responsibilities. -LOE and Capex accrual process on a monthly basis reviewed with management. -AP experience: Review, approve and route vendor invoices in DocVue to correct operations individuals and workflow to maintain proper controls. -Familiarity with COPAS Guidelines and Joint Operating Agreements. -Experience with Joint Venture Audits, reviews, rebuttals and closures. -Create and maintain well payout statements and net profit interest statements. -Ad hoc projects for management. -Assist accounting group with quarterly and annual audit, such as helping update footnotes, property roll-forward, invoice and entry support.
