As the Sr VP for IT Delivery and Support for illumifin’s Health, Life and Annuity division, I currently oversee product development on our core insurance software platform and the delivery of large conversion programs to enable our growth in the TPA space.Prior to this, as the VP Product Development for Wyde, a leader in digital insurance platforms, I led the global software R&D organization to create innovative policy administration technology solutions for tier 1 insurance companies.Born and educated in France, with dual citizenship, I was recruited to lead the US startup operations of an insurance policy administration software vendor. Trained as an engineer, with technical expertise, I am tapped to design the strategy for front end and back end digital roadmaps to automate and optimize complex processes and to ensure a seamless digital client experience. I have significant international, multi-cultural work experience (including France, USA, India).Previously, as the Head of Quality Assurance for ING / Voya, I led the creation of the quality assurance and IT testing team working with offshore vendors that drastically increased the uptime of the IT systems and increased customer satisfaction.I am proficient in leveraging Agile software development lifecycle including working with product management and my business counterparts to achieve business objectives for the end user.
