I am one of the core system architects and developers at LogicBox where we created the Tango real-time prepaid cellular billing platform from the ground up. The Tango product has been used by cellular carriers across multiple states serving hundreds of thousands of mobile subscribers.Since 2001, I have written and deployed mission-critical system components using C#, Asp.net, WCF, Webservices, Asp.Net Web Api, IIS, Access, Sql Server databases & reporting services, Angular/AngularJs and Javascript. Most of these components interface with 3rd party systems where I work closely with our team, our customers and their various vendors through all phases of design, development, testing and deployment.I maintain our real-time SOAP/XML/JSON API written using C#/IIS/Webservices and work with vendors for implementation.I help support our 24 x 7 x 365 mission critical data center operations including backup, notification, maintenance, security and disaster recovery plans. This infrastructure includes Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, Hyper-V and numerous custom applications and scheduled tasks. I have assisted with multiple, successful data center migrations while in our SLA environment.I have been an MCSE and am very proficient in networking technologies including Cisco firewall and switching technologies.I also continue to provide technology consulting as a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Supported the IT Department & Company as a technology advisor coming up with new solutions to move the company forward with better solutions for the Server & Client Network, Tech Services group and Telecommunications billing system.

Worked with small and midsize clients helping them maintain and implement Windows networks, and maintain and develop VB6, Access, Sql Server and Web applications. Some key clients were Roto Rooter, Iowa Wireless and GMAC.

Managed a 3Com TCP/IP Ethernet network with 10+ Microsoft Windows Servers (including Exchange, Sql Server, Oracle, File Sharing, RAS Server, Proxies and more) and 200+ workstations across 6 subsidiary companies all requiring their own implementations but connected to the parent companies servers. Also supported a Telecommunications billing system written in Cobol running on a Honeywell Bull mainframe with 15+ customers. This system was integrated into the Microsoft network, and used Terminal software to connect to the mainframe along with all customers having remote connectivity via a dial-up bank or T1 ptp connections.
