After the discovery phase of the project, I moved into a role of QA testing of the packaged applications, testing against a number of criteria which ensured successful installation, configuration, and adherence to defined standards of the packaging method. I gained knowledge and experience with Snow License Manager, Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager, App-V, as well as the core principles of software packing into MSI installers with transformation files. Following the successful implementation of the project, I then returned to my substantive role. -
