Hi. I am a writer, director, and producer based in Portland, OR, and Brooklyn, NY.As a producer and director, I have worked on both branded content and documentaries for platforms like MAX, The Magnolia Network, and Oregon Public Broadcasting. I also wrote Covering Their Tracks, a long-form narrative podcast exploring corporate accountability during the Holocaust, which was produced for Blue Chalk Media. My writing has appeared in The Oregonian, Portland Mercury, Willamette Week, Street Roots, and Oregon Arts Watch.In addition to my TV & Film work, I am the playwright for the Portland Experimental Theater Ensemble, where my work has been featured at Portland Center Stage and the Portland Institute for Contemporary Art. I have taught physical theater at Portland Playhouse and writing at the Institute for Contemporary Performance.I’ve been recognized with the Joan Cirillo Emerging Journalist Fellowship and the James Baldwin Memorial Scholarship for Playwriting. This fall, my short film Wren LaVelle, commissioned by Portland Playhouse, will debut, and my new play Precipice, commissioned by Vanport Mosaic, will premiere in Spring 2025 at Third Rail Repertory Theater.
