I specialise in saving your business time and money, protecting your you and your business in an increasingly insecure digital world.During the 10 years I have been working in IT, I have enjoyed many technical positions such as at Marks & Spencer where I assisted their IT department in managing 600 users and 300 endpoints, before moving to Canada in 2017 to work for a small IT firm, initially as a Client Support Technician before taking ownership of one of their accounts in the Toronto area. When moving to Swindon in 2019, I made the decision to start SupportWise IT Services. During this time, I have learnt a lot about myself:I can plan, create and manage IT infrastructure plans for SMEs in a timely manner and with a security focus- I put the customer at the heart of everything I do- I aim to get a client to Cyber Essentials standard as a minimum within the first few months- I keep up to date with ongoing technology news and how this impacts our end usersI can help businesses simplify their IT processes and give them more control over their fleet and their data - I leverage automation to complete routine tasks- I ensure that the client is always the end decision maker when it comes to their data- I guarantee that clients can always access their data in a secure manner at any time they need itI enjoy the challenge of solving problems which our clients encounter- I like the "win" at the end of a ticket, but customer satisfaction is what drives this- I can speak IT, Exec and Finance knowing in which order is the priority for the customer- I know that the end responsibility lies with me and I own thisI enjoy learning new things and keeping up with changes- I regularly take courses to learn new skills or refine those where I need improvement- I keep on top of Microsoft certifications so I can offer products with confidence - I maintain contact with vendors and suppliers to understand their roadmaps and how this can support my customersI have taken a joy to networking and meeting new people, despite this being a challenge for me previously.
