I provide IT support to all pupils & staff within a busy Windows 7 & 10 and Office 2016 environment with a mixture of Windows Server 2008 R2 & 2012. I also manage our two classrooms of iMacs and provide all day to day support. Currently both suites run OS X El Capitan, with a plan to upgrade to Mac OS Sierra.As I work within a small team my role involves logging requests and seeing most requests all the way through to completion.
