Instructing rearcrew skills in a Support Helicopter role - aircraft type EH101 Merlin. This includes training syllabus, ground school, mission planning, threat assessments, CRM (crew ressource management) and assessments of individual skillsets. All to qualify rearcrew to a combat ready status.

Mission System Operator (MSO) on national Search and Rescue (SAR) missions. Includes:- Communication between authorities, maritime vessels, and rescue coordination center from a SAR helicopter in ongoing missions. - Locating patients on rescue missions via camera sensors on land or sea.- Rescue swimmer on search and rescue missions- Radar operator in poor visibility for safe flight over the sea during rescue missions.Aircraft type: EH101 Merlin. More than 1500 hours on type
