Working in a consulting role offering project management services to Nicholas Stephens Construction Ltd on several projects in the Carnaby Street and Goodge Street area's.

Whilst site manager at Nicholas Stephens Construction I successfully managed and completed several projects in the Covent Garden, Mayfair and Carnaby Street area's, these were wide ranging projects from £100k to £1.2M involving strip-out through to high end finishing.

Taking charge of a year long project to convert a Grade II listed property in to two retail maisons, located in the heart of Covent Garden.The project will be logistically challenging with a major structural overhaul including the lowering of the existing basement whilst surrounded on all sides by retail, office and residential units.

As a project manager for an award winning main contractor I was responsible for several high end residential and commercial projects in London and the South East.My main responsibilities was to deliver each project to the highest standard on program and within budget.I was tasked with managing the direct labour force and sub-contract packages as well as taking control of both design and progress meetings.As well as the operational works I would take charge of the commercial side of the project, looking after pricing, valuations and sub-contract assessments.

Working as an assistant to the site manager on various high end residential projects from ground works and strip out through to practical completion.My key responsibilities included document control, H&S monitoring, client liaison and ensuring deliveries and sub contractors arrived on time to meet program demands.
