    Role accountability: Delivery of business transformation projects (~$1.6M): Finance & Procurement Information Management System; Oracle EBS 12.2.11 (FPIM)[Finance, Supply Chain, Supporting Infrastructure, Integrations and Reporting]This project gave me the opportunity draw on all of my experience as a technical project manager. As the Senior Project Manager, I planned and led the technical and business changes required to enable Hawkes Bay hospital's new ERP system.My biggest achievement was identifying, designing, developing, testing and deploying patient-centred workflows which relied on new technology infrastructure and vital integrations with existing systems. One example I am particularly proud of is the pharmaceuticals patient ordering and distribution management system integrations with FPIM.One challenging aspect of this role was to thoroughly document all the technical detail of these changes to business process and technology. To clearly present the depth and breath of changes for users, third party vendors and support staff, I developed my own templates based on best-practice methodology.

    Role accountability: Delivery of business transformation projects including: - Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (~$7M); Technology One, One Energy[Finance, Asset Lifecycle Management, Works Delivery, Supply Chain, Human Resources and Payroll]This enterprise-wide and business critical project bought my strategic leadership and stakeholder management skills to the next level! From start-finish, I led multiple workstreams to design, configure, test and deploy this system with over 50 key internal stakeholders including CXO's, General Managers, their business SME's and analysts. Coordinating the needs of these internal resources with multiple external consultants and third-party vendors required a technical aptitude, well versed in multiple technical topics at once, and a robust project management methodology.At the beginning of the ERP project, I was responsible writing, negotiating and managing the ERP sales contract with the vendor. This was also massive technical undertaking, working with lawyers and other SME's to review and negotiate meaningful changes to benefit the client. This experience proved especially prudent as we relied on changes we'd made to clauses throughout the multiple year life of the project. - Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) (~$3M); Schneider ElectricAn Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) is an electricity network's management system for monitoring, analysis, control, optimization, planning and controlling work on the electrical network. Reimplementation of Schneider Electric's ADMS v3.4 to v3.9 included Outage Management, Work Order Management, Network modelling, SCADA, Infrastructure, and Integrations.A significant part of this ADMS project was managing developers to integrate ADMS with existing enterprise systems, like ERP, GIS, vehicle tracking and custom automated external B2B and B2C communications.
