- Currently working as a core member on a Supply Chain System (Maximo) Implementation team - Selected to be member of Key Talent group within Eversource due to leadership and growth potential (<8% of employees selected).- Successfully lead a team of 8 people to reinvent the process for managing and procuring MRO material. Including implementing a vending machine program. - Managed over $12 million of Electric Distribution inventory to 98% accuracy.- Responsible for creating and maintaining the annual budget for Transformer and Regulator Purchases.- Developed a plan that achieved inventory reductions of over $6M (30%) in my first 2.5 years.- Developed a plan to help guide inventory turns into industry 1st quartile over the next 3 years.- Participated on 6 Supply Chain Initiative teams to help streamline processes and become one supply chain after a merger. - Work daily alongside the warehousing/logistics group.- Was a core member of a team which negotiated a $200 Million dollar T&D distributor contract.- Constantly working with procurement to leverage our spending power to get more out of suppliers.- Manage all reorder points and stocking levels for the distribution business. - Work in depth with strategic partners to maintain successful relationships. - Regularly work with engineering, operations, and standards to implement new item launches into the company.- Manage Phase in/Phase out of material- internally and with the vendors.- Work with account executives and operations managers to help provide customers with pricing and job construction times.
