In this role, I gained extensive knowledge across a multitude of products and processes within banking, primarily in PPI credit card complaint handling. After an initial period of complaint handling on the phones, I was promoted to the quality team. This allowed me to conduct detailed and concise coaching, whether it be a review of one case or many as part of a wider review or project. After this period, I was promoted to my Business Analyst role and had the responsibility of "checking the checkers" and providing training, feedback and more to ensure the proper outcome for the business and customer. One of my key responsibilities within this role was to rework and revamp processes and create detailed documentation for all quality control agents so as to standardise and formalise what is expected at that level. In 2018, I was awarded a Team 2018 Barclays Award for outstanding contribution to the team, which was a massive highlight for me!
