Criminal, Family & Children’s law Solicitor. I speak Spanish and officiate weddings as a Humanist Celebrant some weekends. I’ve worked across Criminal, Family and Children’s law for the past three years, and regularly appeared in Sheriff Courts across the country for trials, Child Welfare Hearings and others. I work hard and am passionate about what I do. I am a highly experienced and confident litigator. I have excellent advocacy skills, developed through working in a variety of areas of law and frequent appearances in courts across the country. I have experience of successfully managing a large and varied caseload in different roles I’ve had. I have a sound knowledge of most areas of Scots law, attributable to my education and brilliantly varied Traineeship which provided the foundation for my now expertise. I began appearing in court after just three months as a Trainee Solicitor and, learning from those around me, very quickly became a confident officer of the court. I received very positive feedback/observations from both Sheriffs and colleagues from an early stage.
