I bring a customer centric mindset, using analysis and planning to help find fit for purpose solutions and ensuring consistent outcomes, improving existing processes and reducing waste.Working with teams to design, build and deliver some of Queensland Government’s most complex print and imaging solutions while leaving space for future road maps to on boarding, workflow and innovation. I use my experience in project, operational and people management amongst others to continue to strive for process improvement within Government and related industries.Gaining motivation from the outcomes and consistently using learnings to build on and deliver improvements with each new solution and ensuring ongoing incremental improvements.
