Led the ‘Connected Workplace’ program to define CTC’s Hybrid Operating Model based on business needs and in partnership with Real Estate bring it to life through spaces that serve CTC's employees, brand purpose, and core values.Led CTC’s health and safety protocol for corporate offices in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.Led CTC’s employee listening program through a data driven approach to understand and improve engagement.Led CTC’s recognition programs to ensure employees felt recognized and valued for their contributions and or tenure.

Led the development of strategies and processes that enable the health and sustainability of our internal talent pipeline, and ensure our employees are ready and in the right positions to support organizational needs. Scope included core talent programs such as performance management, high potential identification and succession planning.

Led a national team of HR Business Partners to deliver enterprise and Business Unit specific talent strategies. Scope included 4,000 employees under 200 senior leaders (AVP+) and 4 C-Suite Executive Officers from CTC's IT, Marketing and Customer, Consumer Brands, eCommerce, Retail Banking, Enterprise Governance, Intelligent Automation, Legal, Risk and Regulatory Affairs, and International and Wholesale divisions.
