My current position is Account Manager within Transaction Banking Financial Institutions (Banks) covering the Africa Port Folio. I also support the broader European port folio as an Analyst/Assistant Account Manager. Within this role, I have gained extensive experience with the intricacies of correspondent banking business, whilst managing client expectations to drive positive business outcomes. Furthermore, I have extensive experience with analysing payment data to create valuable business insights, whilst mitigating risk. Previous roles within Transaction Banking Include Associate Director (Secondment) in the Trade and Supply Chain Product Innovation Team where I drove the innovation agenda for the business which provided valuable experience with project management. Prior to Transaction Banking, I covered Quality Assurance for the Vostro Client Services Team, gaining valuable technical experience dealing with payments at a granular level. I am adaptive and flexible within a changing environment and have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with a diverse group of stakeholders.
