Good fruit can not come from a bad tree, and bad fruit can not come from a good tree. Attitude and integrity are very important trades of a person. I am a very positive and upbeat person. I love to be active in my work life and personal life. If not at work, you can usually find me doing something outdoors. I strive to bring professionalism and kindness to all that I do. I work in the hearing industry and have for over 15 years. In fact, most of my family does as well, which allows me to have the blessing of over three generations of hearing health care knowledge. Working in this industry has allowed me to travel all over this amazing country, as well as allowing me to be licensed several states. I am very enthusiastic and try to help others see the best in all situations. I am in constant pursuit of knowledge and growth in all aspects of life. If you're not moving forward, you're falling behind! Life is exactly what you make of it, and I want to make mine as great as possible. I've had the pleasure of working my way to the top, so I can relate to many of the aspects of growth and setbacks. People seem to appreciate that not only can I do the job, but I enjoy helping others improve their skills and knowledge. A team is much stronger than an individual if everyone is on the same page.

CurrentAs a consultant for Starkey Hearing, I have the pleasure of going around this amazing country and helping people live a healthier and more fulfilling life through better hearing. I work with doctors, audiologist, licensed specialist and audio-techs in order to educate and motivate people into addressing their hearing loss needs. Studies show people that address health issues early have a much better success rate, and that's where I want to help people see that hearing properly is going to help them live their best and healthiest life. Regional Sales Manager/ Trainer
I was the Midwest regional trainer and sells manager. During which time, I took over a thirteen state region here in the Midwest, which was in last place for sells in the company. Within the first year I took my territory to first place in sells per projection. With the help of a great team and a great manager, I had the highest increase in sells in the fiscal year. I traveled between the thirteen states managing over 90 locations and over 200 employees. I am a CEU certified trainer and trained locations as well. I counseled everyone from new trainees and dispensers, to 25 plus year veterans. I was awarded highest gross change year to year growth in 2014. In this position I made lifelong friendships with co-workers and employees , and stay in contact with them often. Although the hearing industry is large we still have a family style feel.
