- Oversee and manage the Compliance team whilst distributing the workload.- Prepare reports related to the Compliance team workload and present these reports at Management Meetings.- Supervise the on-boarding of new customers before the business relationship has been signed off by members of the board. -Supervision of risk profiling of new applicants and maintaining ongoing monitoring of existing business relationships.-Assisting the Head of Compliance to ensure all Compliance related policies are up to date.-Assisting the MLRO with preparation of annual reports and maintenance of SAR register. -Ensure any and all Sanctions that are presented through the relevant software are reviewed.-Correspond with the GFIU or GFSC on any requests for information which we may receive. -Ensure the Compliance Team is trained and kept up to date on new and existing processes and procedures related to the department.

- Onboarding of new customers including adverse media checks, PEP & Sanctions screening, risk assessment of the customer and review of KYC.- Ongoing monitoring of existing customers which would involve reviewing KYC held on file and processing risk assessments of existing information held.- Transaction monitoring - reviewing samples of transaction to assess historical/current customer information and interactions to provide a complete picture of customer activity.

⦁ Arrange and maintain ongoing payments of pension income benefits for all members of Sovereign Gibraltar pension schemes.⦁ Correspond with members, Financial Advisors and Investment Houses via e-mail and telephone to ensure that all requirements are fulfilled to meet payment deadlines.⦁ Acquire valuations of pension portfolios via multiple online access platforms to provide our members and their financial advisors with detailed information on their policy⦁ Assisting members and financial advisers in the completion and action of disinvestment instructions from their respective investment houses.⦁ Calculate the pension benefits entitlement for all members requesting to take income benefits.⦁ Supervision of monthly reports detailing all members of Sovereign pension schemes that are taking income.⦁ Ensuring KYC is up-to-date for members and requesting/verifying any new KYC documentation or information received i.e ensuring passports/proof of address documents are up to date. ⦁ Liaise with Training Officer to ensure all processes for pension income payments are up-to-date and checklists reflect as such.. ⦁ Preparation of payment reports for all pension income payments to provide this information to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).⦁ Liaising with the Gibraltar Income Tax Office to acquire Tax Approval for all pension income payments.
