• Support the management and delivery of a diverse programming portfolio, including teaching and learning consultations, communities of practice, small grant programs, course design institutes and workshops for the Brown Center for Faculty Innovation and Excellence along with the Office of Faculty Engagement.• Managed the preparations for an annual Colloquium on Teaching and Learning that hosts faculty and staff from universities throughout the Central Florida region. • Responsible for the management and completion of short term and long term projects, strategic planning and assessment, communications, and outreach activities.• Managed websites for the Brown Center and Office of Faculty Engagement• Supported veteran students on the campus as the staff advisor for veterans organization• Mentored the Veteran work study students throughout Academic Year 2022-2023.

• Recruit, train, and manage 10 Summer Conference Assistants who support the day to day operations of summer conferences at Stetson University• Manage summer conference logistics for 25 internal and external organizations involving more than 8,000 people• Managed summer conference budget and contracts, along with billing accounts payable and accounts receivable• Coordinate and facilitate communication and weekly meetings between Facilities, Wellness and Recreation, Residential Living and Learning, Public Safety, Athletics, Dining services, Cleaning services, and the Energy Specialist in order to ensure successful day to day operations for each summer conference• Primary contact for any emergency management efforts related to summer conferences• Implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of all guests, which includes managing 12 residential halls and monitoring the use of 2,000 residential hall keys

• Established the Student Veterans Organization on campus• Advised student veterans on their federal, and state benefits through the VA• Managed the enrollment process as a certifying official using VA once program for the Continuing Education office’s satellite campus• Initiated fundraising efforts to support student veterans on campus and successfully advocated for Stetson University to create a Veterans Memorial in the center of the DeLand campus
