After 8 years in the military, I changed careers. I tried a couple of different things, but I fell in love with solar and electrical. I started out as an Installer and have quickly learned to use my leadership abilities to gain management positions. I am a driven, self motivated, self starter. I'm experienced with managing commercial solar projects and taking them to completion. I am well versed in managing high volume residential solar and battery installations as well. I have the ability to manage multiple trades, on multiple jobsites, in various stages of construction. I am certified through most major solar manufacturers and have personally built projects using most materials on the market today. Over the last 5 years, I have constantly been learning the newest equipment on the market and would be a great source of knowledge on systems that are a few years old. I am well versed in DC and AC systems. I am able to speak comfortably with experienced engineers and installers alike.
