Key Accountabilities:● Produces estimates for projects including Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and IP Based video surveillance● Oversees the scheduling and productivity of field technicians to ensure projects are being completed on time while maintaining high installation standards● Responsible for all scheduling of projects and service calls including being the primary POC for all after hours and emergency service calls● Provides service for existing installations as well as technical support for field technicians● Responsible for all inventory management including ordering equipment as needed, negotiating bulk and/or special project pricing, warranty claims and RMAs w/ partners, and EOY inventory count ● Responsible for all scheduling of projects and service calls including being the primary POC for all after hours and emergency service callsKey Accomplishments:● Sr financial analyst of the newly created fund “PREO” in the initial placement of $75M into 15 projects● Created 100’s of multi-tiered cash flow models for placement of PREO Fund Capital into 1st position note control over 50 REO and distressed projects● Created Financial models that were the basis of over $250M in capital placement

Key Accountabilities:● Key driver of prompt completion of projects including, but not limited to: Access Control, Intrusion ● Detection, Infant Abduction, and CCTV for a wide variety of customers including Department of Defense Contractors● Coordinate with customers regarding scheduling and requirements● Complete all required paperwork including work orders, parts lists, etc.
