Hello and thanks for stopping by. Here is some information about my career.I am with the NY State Courts Downstate OSP Operations group. We are responsible for engineering, building, and maintaining the NYS Courts owned dark fiber infrastructure. We are utilizing various OSP contractors. from White Plains to NYC to Riverhead. We also handle OSP disaster recoveries (such as Hurricane Sandy, manhole fires, fiber optic cable cuts, etc). My job involves Dark Fiber, engineering, technical spec, legal assistance. I am well versed in fiber optic engineering, electrical infrastructure, and network copper. I have 40 years of electrical experience and 25 overlapping years of OSP and ISP infrastructure engineering. In my spare time I love to spend time with my family, travel, and enjoy life's many adventures. I also enjoy Slackware Linux and programming.Thank you for visiting and have a great day! Christopher
