Match service level agreements to site activity levels and program needs. Focus on providing value add services and driving productivity within Integrated Facilities Management organization.Establish KPI's and measurement processes to proactively manage the business, via technology improvements.Drive continuous improvement and innovation throughout account to help identify efficiencies and potential profitability increases.Ensure that Janitorial services and programs meet or exceed all UGL Services, internal and external regulatory authority requirements. Develop and maintain a consistent operational image, implementing account wide initiatives and producing a quality product in accordance with Company standards. Ensure effective customer satisfaction, service and relations by implementing processes and technology to deliver quality products and services.Oversee development and implementation of facility operating procedures and processes for specific sites. Manage Safety and Hazardous Materials Programs , site contingency plans, recovery plans, Quality Plan, and site safety plans.Management of 50+ direct staff, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees.Planning/Scheduling and assigning project work; appraising employee performance.Leads indirect staff and matrix support team.

- Operational development of Regional Directors and District Managers to ensure KPI’s are met for quality control visits, issue resolution and revenue generation.- Management of Operations Managers and Regional Directors on: Operations, service delivery, schedule and time management, customer service, issue resolution.-Meet customer needs and expectations and focus on customer retention with long term customers by having direct and frequent contact at all levels-Participate with the executive team to plan business objectives and develop organizational policies- Culture Development: Identify and implement best practices to Operations teams, opening communication and collaboration to drive and promote customer retention and to discover opportunities for business growth.- Management of Customer Service team- daily oversight of customer service operations- Sales/ Operations training of District Managers- contract renewals, special services, new account starts, and contract increases. Develop contract renewal strategies and building relationship with current client base.
