Over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, I have an extensive background in repairs, from mechanical to auto body. Licensed tow truck operator in flatbed, wheel lift (can also operate fork lift). Experience in recovery and repossession work. Knowledgeable with New York City towing programs (Darp and Rotation towing as per New York Police Dept and Dept of Consumer Affairs)Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, I knew cars would be my way of making a living; My hobby, My passion. As a kid I would go with my father to job sites (he was an electrician in local 3). He would show me how to use the tools that he used and what each one was for. As I got older I started washing cars after school for a neighborhood collision shop, and I was exposed to the different problems that affect vehicles, whether it be collision or mechanical breakdowns. Working along side and assisting technicians gave me the ability and confidence to work on my own. Have continued to invest in my growth and career with training and hands on experience. Over the years I learned the importance of routine and proper maintenance for vehicles. Customer service is a key factor in this business. I focus on educating clients by reviewing the repairs, estimates and parts. This is a very important step. On a daily basis I keep customers informed and updated on the repairs of their vehicle. Once repaired I present them their warranty.
