Selskapet har 650 ansatte.Totalansvar for alt arbeid relatert til revenue og distribusjon i gruppen og jobber inn mot både egenutviklede hotellkonsepter og franchisekonsepter innenfor Strawberry.Arbeidet har også bestått i å lede prosjekt med nytt PMS system på Lily Country Club samt implementering av IDeaS og andre systemer innenfor SPA og F&B.Utover dette involvert i digital markedsføring og optimalisering av salg, profilering, branding og varemerke på nett.

Functions as the strategic business leader of Revenue Management for a cluster of 13 hotels with a total of 1 933 rooms operated by Scandic in the Northern district of Norway. (Scandic North Norway includes + 5 Franchise + North Cape and Sàpmi Park in addition to the 13 hotels)-Responsible for maximizing top-line in the district, outperforming market in line with internal profit potential. -Leader of revenue team North Norway. Department of three specialists that each are responsible of revenue management and optimization of individual portfolios of hotels. -Included in the district operations leadership team.-Ensuring that the revenue department North Norway collaborate with sales and marketing as well as operations and group management -Identify/implementation of future revenue opportunities.
