As part of my main duties, I oversee and carry out audits at inspection stations to verify that they are following the rules outlined by the safety inspection program. Along with identifying and recording any fraudulent behavior observed during these audits, the role involves providing technical and administrative support to ensure program compliance is maintained. This includes managing a significant workload, offering guidance to inspectors, and overseeing day-to-day activities in a specific geographical region.Administrative audits are conducted at safety inspection stations to validate adherence to established processes, procedures, regulations, and the Vehicle Code. Additionally, investigative audits, whether conducted openly or covertly, may be done independently or in collaboration with law enforcement agencies to safeguard the integrity of the safety inspection program. Rigorous safety re-inspections of vehicles are carried out to confirm their safe operation, and any complaints received from law enforcement or customers regarding vehicle inspections are thoroughly investigated. Over the past five years, I have been employed by the Department of Human Services in Westmoreland County, initially within the Children and Youth Services unit and subsequently with the Area Agency on Aging. Additionally, I possess extensive experience as a Service Manager, showcasing a solid background in the automotive sector. My expertise encompasses the Automotive Aftermarket, customer satisfaction, purchasing, and elementary education. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, which underlines my commitment to professional development in support roles.
