Current•Project Management for the large-scale initiatives to the Garland Veterans Affairs Medical Center (GVAMC) transition from the Baylor Health Care System•Capacity planning, resource allocation, project documentation, client engagement and change management.•Assisted in all aspects of the Installation and setup of the new Garland Veterans Affairs Medical Center (GVAMC) inpatient hospital with an opening staff of 50 employees for stage 1• Stages 2 & 3 Devised project plans and engagement activities for the installation of 10 new switches and allocated resources for the incoming of another 200 users.•Team Lead for ongoing multiple projects while providing timely and accurate information and status updates to project sponsors and management •Supervised several teams with mass install of new equipment on a timed setup of incoming personnel. •Lead Technician for Video Teleconference (VTC) refresh of over 30 devices. •Solley responsible for Upgrade and replace Veterans Canteen Services (VCS) cash registers and resolve connection issues •Responsible for Design and document data with VoIP networks from the ground up•Inventory management of server room and data management •Managed and assisted to our shared software server where the backup of all software is located•Utilize Desktop Baseline Assessment Toolkit (dBAT) to push updates, install software, scan, remote to, correct baseline, meeting proper markers, and current versions•Instrumental in the Veterans’ Health Information System and Technology Architecture (VistA) local account administration, device administration, and inventory management•Completed and met all Action Items on or before due dates•Primarily responsible for managing the Cisco Unity voicemail and Cisco Unified Communication system for GVA•Works directly with Unified Communications Infrastructure Support (UCIS)•Coordinates the installation and deployment of Tele-Audio portable health carts to all areas of the North Texas region
