I am currently Senior Legal Counsel for EHS with GE Canada. I provide practical advice to my internal clients about remediation projects, commercial transactions and compliance with environmental, health and safety legal requirements. I also have extensive experience negotiating commercial transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, agreements for the sale of goods and services and complex infrastructure deals.I take social responsibility seriously by donating both time and money to various charitable causes. I was on the board of a large Ontario food bank for six years, acted as vice-president, vice-chair and president/chair of the board during a portion of that time. I remain a member of the food banks infrastructure committee and a volunteer and donor.
