▪ Oversight of all aspects of company operations, including staff development,animal care and training programs, and show operations, with a primaryfocus on the company’s two free-flight bird shows at Disney’s AnimalKingdom, “Feathered Friends in Flight” and “Winged Encounters.”▪ Leader of a diverse team of approximately 50 animal trainers and caretakers▪ Animal training and show production consultant, overseeing both stand-alone contracts and long-term consulting relationships with zoos andwildlife parks across the US and abroad.▪ Founder, faculty member, and host for our company’s educational initiative,NEI TEC, producing webinars about animal behavior and training topics, in-depth online training courses, and in-person training workshops at ourTraining and Education Center in Winter Haven, FL.

▪ Part-time facilitator of “Wild by Design” and “Backstage Safari” tourprograms at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Presentation of behind-the-scenestours for groups of all ages discussing park design, history, and operations.Partnered with Animal Science and the Environment team for tours ofanimal facilities.

▪ Educational outreach presentations with diverse collection of mammals,arthropods, amphibians, and reptiles for school programs/assemblies, innercity after-school programs and private functions. Daily diet and enrichmentpreparation, enclosure maintenance and record keeping.

▪ Providing guest service and assistance throughout the park. Providing parkand exhibit information, administering crowd control, and making pre-show announcements to large groups. Regular grounds maintenance andupkeep of all animal exhibits.
