Over the course of my legal career, I have been a judicial law clerk, a law firm associate, a government litigator, and an in-house counsel, and have developed expertise in employment, immigration, tax, securities, and bankruptcy law. I have conducted and managed high-stakes, large-dollar litigation from inception through final appeal, and have prepared regulations and other guidance, and provided advice and counsel, on matters of systemic importance.In my personal life, I am a husband and father, an avid reader, and, as founder and leader of SoulJourners Band, an active, performing jazz musician and composer.I am interested in opportunities that will allow me to work in collaboration with others to apply these skills and qualities to challenging matters of importance.
