-Aided in various projects including; restructured and increased standardization within the Standard Operating Procedures manual, integrated the Takeoff and Landing Performance Assessment (TALPA) procedures specific to the Embraer 145, created training for pilots on a new dispatching, open time management and duty plan system.-Subject Matter Expert (SME) for various SMS Action Groups.

-Supervised and instructed new First Officers and Captains on company procedures and aspects unique to the Embraer 145 aircraft. Also recommended specific training as needed.-Evaluated current line pilots to ensure are they maintaining a high level of safety and standards.-Provided input on current problems observed on the line, or in training, and helped to implement changes to procedures or curriculum to fix the problems.
