• As Scientific Program Lead of the Durability Team for the Liquid Sunlight Alliance (LiSA), a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Innovation Hub, lead 8 Principal Investigators across 5 institutions by: providing research guidance and stewardship, performing critical assessment of results and evaluating progress, and ensuring cross-functional scientific exchange and full integration with other LiSA Teams to achieve the Hub’s final objective of creating durable and efficient integrated systems for solar fuels synthesis from carbon dioxide and water.• Perform critical review of program milestones and deliverables, and consolidate technical reporting to DOE for the Durability Team.• Advise the Senior Management Team on future opportunities, establishment of cross-Team working groups and task forces, resource planning, strategic realignments of the program, and performance evaluation.

• Designed, commissioned, and utilized a three source physical vapor deposition system for the synthesis of metal alloy thin films to establish catalyst structure-property relationships.• Developed protocols to characterize metal alloy thin films and screen their electrocatalytic properties for CO2 and CO conversion.
