As an Air Force Service-member and a Human Resources Associate, I have been serving the United States Air Force for over 23 years. With my skills in sales, databases, and presentations, I have contributed to the recruitment, retention, and development of a diverse and talented workforce. I have also supported the Air Force's mission and vision by providing HR services and solutions to various units and departments, such as hiring, talent acquisitions, benefits, performance management, and training.
