First job in high school at age of 16 (2015-16), Boston Market server/side assistant; learned to cater to individual customers unique concerns and considerations, experience in meeting the needs of even the most difficult to please customers.Second job worked on summers of 2017-18; first summer -- lifeguard at community pool -- responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all pool patrons, gained experience with people/crisis managment; second summer -- Supervising lifeguard -- same respnsibilities as well as managing all other llifeguards on shift that day.Third job worked summer of 2019 -- At IMG Academy -- managed and ran 'the hut'; an on campus concession stand between two student dorms. responsible for openng/closing of hut, maintaining cleanliness, keeping hut stocked, depositing cash after each shift.Fourth work experience in summer of 2020 -- PepsiCo Sales Managment Intern -- Originally planed as an in person Jacksonville FL role, became a remote position in the wake of the initial covid outbreak. Worked with a team of 5 other interns to develop a pitch geared towards expanding PepsiCo's brand loyalty and market share amont the demographic of gamers.Fifth work experience in summer of 2021 -- PepsiCo Sales Managment Intern -- In Princeton, WV, gained practical exposure to the operations and logistics of PepsiCo, worked under small format SDL to achieve maximum topline growth in Dollar General Key account by focusing on providing superior service to DG store group of roughly 30 stores.Since High School, most of my paid work experience has taken place in the summer while I was not taking classes and fraternal resposibilities lessen. In college, gained practical leadership/logistics/conflict resolution experience holding a variety of chair positions and an Executive Board position within my fraternity.
