I have had a varied career in construction management working on private and social housing projects, commercial retail parks, new office blocks, factory and store refurbishments. Builds have varied from traditional brick and block, timber frame, steel frame, concrete frame and mixture of all the aforementioned. One of my key strengths has been that I can be dropped into an ongoing project at any point, assess the situation and progress the works. This has enabled me to obtain extended contracts on many occasions.As I am now approaching retirement I would like to have more time to pursue my photography and motorcycle touring ambitions and therefore would be interested in more short term contracts or contracts that would allow for extended breaks.
