I also had to liaise with her direct reports to arrange meetings, collate reports and perform any ad-hoc duties required on a daily basis.In working with the CCM I had to produce daily reports for both the CSM and the call centre team managers. I was also responsible for providing feedback and relaying information to advisors within the contact centre.
