Mr. Hall is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a cybersecurity and IT risk management program for a highly complex and globally regulated financial services company based on federal (i.e., NIST, SEC, OCC), state (i.e., NYSDFS) and international standards (i.e., ISO, COBIT). He is a proven business and risk management executive with an MBA in Technology Management and a MS in Information Security and Assurance. He is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), and a Project Management Professional (PMP) in good standing. He has 30 years of cybersecurity technical, program, and executive level business leadership who currently serves as the CISO and CTRO at Pacific Life.
