 Managed Partners In Health’s supply chain for Haiti, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management for all medical related goods to support 13 clinics and hospitals in Haiti’s Central Plateau and Lower Artibonite. Managed the implementation of new inventory control practices: established increased order frequency and regular inventory review procedures, developed metrics to measure success and reveal gaps. Improved access to and quality of inventory data which lead to more accurate procurement and increased stock availability throughout Haiti. Oversaw the operations of the inventory control processes.
