I am a part of the Developmental Disabilities Administration within DSHS in WA state. My role is to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and their families to access supports necessary for the best possible quality of life through a person-centered approach.

Key responsibilities:- Development and implementation of plans for supported clients including positive behavioral support, personal goal achievement, communication, and acquisition of new skills, - Training of new employees in a classroom setting as well as practical training with the individuals they will support. - Staff development and mediation of employee conflict.- Manage schedule, continued education, credentials, and needs of 10 to 25 employees.- Collaborate with supported individuals' families and state representation to create holistic, practical plans to increase our clients' quality of life.

I delivered TPN and other infusion-based medication to patients receiving home I.V. therapy. I was responsible for monitoring maintenance requirements, keeping the cars serviced, and developing efficient routes for delivery of all supplies throughout southern Alabama and northern Florida.

I taught intermediate to advanced English classes. I taught 3 to 4 classes at one time and averaged 60 to 80 students.
