• Responsible for running the shop in Shop Managers absence • Make sure shop was run to required security standards• Look after our customers daily needs• Responsible for the shops float and banking was a daily requirement, preparing cheques and large payout’s was also another responsibility • Prepare staff rotas up to four weeks in advance • Order stationary to ensure shop stock levels were always at the necessary requirements • Contact the technical support desk to ensure shop systems were up to the necessary standards, troubleshooting these systems where necessary to solve issues without a call out from TSD• Ensure shop runs to the highest standards in order to meet yearly budget requirements
