Senior PMP certified manager with extensive experience managing multiple projects. Currently managing six Systems Engineering projects across the IC and DoD. The team consist of hardware, software, network, DSP, FPGA, IA, and Linux DevOps engineers. Managed three distinct O&M and enhancement projects using lean agile framework. The teams were composed of senior software engineers, DevOps engineers, trainers, testers and database architects/scientist all focused on big data analysis, entity correlation and the migration of over 700 physical on premise systems to an AWS cloud-based computing environment across the customer network and Hybrid systems when security concerns dictate. The team is experienced with multi-threaded, Big Data, distributive Cloud architectures and frameworks, including Hadoop, MapReduce, Cloudera, Hive, Spark, and Elastic Search for the purposes of conducting Big Data analytics, CDH 4.x and 5.x, cluster and system performance tuning, automation/configuration management using Puppet + r10k and Docker. Responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program areas including technical work, Assessment and Authorization (A&A / C&A) process, staff supervision, financial and business development activities.
