This position would cover all sales support needs of Penguin sales department staff and sales representatives. A few of the main responsibilities of this job included processing and archiving all company coop credits, and providing detailed sales reports and figures to all sales staff.Other duties include: Organizing all company sales conferences, designing and distributing all company sell sheets, reporting sales figures to BookNet, organizing the distribution of catalogues and sales materials to the office, sending out miscellaneous correspondence, and general office help.

The main responsibilities of this position would be to sell and service to over 200 house accounts accross Canada. When not servicing these accounts, I would be organizing all title information into buyer grids and master grids. I would also be responsible for all sales related reports as well as marketing sell sheets.Other responsibilities include: Organization of sales conferences, organization of CGTA trade show booth and inventory, attending and selling at CGTA (semi-annualy), processing and archiving all expenses, miscellaneous office tasks.
